Roland Kell

Roland Kell is general manager of Chevron Pascagoula. He was vice president of Chevron’s Europe and West Africa manufacturing, supply, and trade business. He serves on the board of directors of the Jackson County Economic Development Foundation. He is also a member of the Gulf Coast Business Council and the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College District Workforce Council.
