David Stephens

David Stephens is human resources manager of Van Zyverden Inc. He is chairman of the Twin Districts Workforce Area board and has served on workforce boards for more than 20 years. He has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and human resources management. He received PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and a bachelor’s degree in accounting/business administration from Jackson State University.
